HOW TO ORDER

1.Fill out the order form with your preferred option.

2.Laundry Project will contact you to schedule the pick-up via messengers (WhatsApp, Email, KakaoTalk).

3.Please hand over your laundry to the Laundry Project pick-up person, or leave it in the laundry bags at the bell desk (concierge desk).

4.Enjoy your laundry service!

5.Your laundry will be delivered back to you as requested.

NOTICE

1.Items That Cannot Be Washed

Please note that certain items cannot be accepted for washing due to material characteristics and hygiene reasons.

● Items made of materials that cannot be washed with water
(e.g., wool, silk, leather, and similar delicate fabrics)

● Items that are likely to fade or discolor

● Items that may shrink, deform, or have prints peel off when exposed to heat during drying

● Pet items or materials requiring special disinfection
(including any similar items)

● Items contaminated with bodily fluids such as vomit or excrement
(these may pose hygiene or infection risks)

2.Please note that Laundryproject cannot be held responsible for any shrinkage, color fading, damage, or loss that may occur during the laundry process.
